Lim Jeong Hee to debut in the U.S. with Outkast
Singer Lim Jeong Hee will debut in the U.S. with hip hop duo Outkast.
Lim Jeong Hee's agency JYP/Big Hit Entertainment announced on the 13th, "Lim Jeong Hee signed a joint album production agreement with Outkast."
This agreement was initiated by Park Jin Young who is actively working as a composer in the U.S and can be considered his second achievement after the agreement between Lil Jon and Min.
Lim Jeong Hee has been residing in New York since last year learning English and training musically while having several meetings with renowned music artists in the U.S.
The agency says, "Park Jin Young received good responses from local music labels of Lim Jeong Hee's songs that he composed for the U.S. market, and received offers from not only Outkast, but also The Neptunes and other pop artist producers. We decided to sign an agreement with Outkast considering Lim Jeong Hee's musical style and color. Big Boi was impressed by her vocals and Park Jin Young's music. He signed a producing agreement with Lim Jeong Hee and requested Park Jin Young to participate in the new album of Outkast."
