Bae Yong-joon is Hottest Asian Hunk With Glasses

Korean actor Bae Yong-joon has been named as the male celebrity that suits glasses the best in an annual survey by a glasses manufacturer, while Japanese celebrity Miho Takagi has topped the women's list. We had no idea there was even an annual list like that, but we couldn't agree with them more. Bae Yong-joon does look hot in glasses.

The survey was done by Seiko Optical Products over the Internet ahead of Japan's "Glasses Day" on Oct. 1. It was the first time that Bae, known familiarly in Japan as "Yon-sama," topped the list in the annual survey. Takagai took the top spot in the woman's list for the fourth year in a row.

In the survey, the percentage of people who said they liked glasses fell slightly, but still exceeded the halfway mark, hitting about 55 percent. Reasons people gave for liking glasses included that they could change the look of their face and that they enjoyed matching their glasses with their clothes.

The manufacturer's survey was conducted in July on a total of 1,074 people.
